Train Hero’s Dad to MSNBC: ‘PC Crowd Needs to Recognize Terrorism for What It Is’
Appearing on MSNBC Monday morning, the father of one of the men who helped thwart a terror attack aboard a Paris-bound train over the weekend used his final words to offer a condemnation of the “PC crowd” he believes has not properly acknowledged the threat of Islamic terrorism.
After talking about his National Guardsman son Alek Skarlatos and friends’ efforts to tackle the gunman, Emanuel Skarlatos asked News Nation host Tamron Hall if he could add a few extra words.
“Can I just say one quick thing?” said in the clip first flagged by The Daily Caller. “It’s better to die like a lion that be slaughtered like sheep. And this terrorist coward deserved what he got, and the PC crowd needs to recognize terrorism for what it is. And I thank you very much for having me on.”
“Thank you for having a son willing to serve this country as an honorable man,” Hall replied.
