Trump Refers to Campaigning, Waving Arms as ‘Form of Exercise’

Donald Trump told Dr. Oz today that his arm movements during campaign rallies are a “form of exercise.”

After establishing they wouldn’t be talking about Hillary Clinton‘s health, Dr. Oz asked Trump how he’s staying fit on the campaign trail.

Trump said it’s “a lot of work” when he’s speaking to thousands of people and “up there using a lot of motion” with his arms. He called this “a pretty healthy act.”

“A lot of times these rooms are very hot, like saunas,” Trump said, “and I guess that’s a form of exercise.”
