Trump Slams ‘Weak, Ineffective’ Mizzou Heads for Setting Off ‘Disgusting’ Protests

If you had any doubts that Donald Trump was letting up on slamming liberal moves towards PC culture, his discussion with Maria Bartiromo on the Mizzou protests should help alleviate that anxiety. Phoning in on Fox Business this morning, Trump seemed to blame the resignations of the school’s president and chancellor for allowing the contentious rallies against racial tension to spiral out of control.

“I think it is disgusting. I think two people that resigned are weak, ineffective people,” Trump said. “I think that when they resigned they set something in motion that’s gonna be a disaster for the next long period of time.”

While the student demonstrators have been calling for Tim Wolfe to step aside, the protests continue to rock the school as they attempt to create media “safe spaces” and press for their other demands. The list consist of demands for increases in black staff and curriculums that emphasize racial awareness, but Trump was unamused by what these students want.

“Did you look at demands, their demands are like crazy. It is just so disgraceful” Trump said.
