WATCH: Congress Can’t Get Enough Sebelius Wizard of Oz Jokes

Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius was not in Kansas anymore when she testified before the House Energy and Commerce Committee in Wednesday. A frustrated Pompeo noted that in his opinion, “I don’t think anybody not from Kansas should be able to do Oz allegories.”
