WATCH: Capitol Police Hold Press Conference After Shooting

Capitol police officials are expected to deliver a press conference shortly after 3pm ET to give updates on a shooting situation outside Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. There were reports of shots fired near the Capitol early Thursday afternoon and spokespeople for the Capitol police have indicated that a shooter is in custody.
