WATCH LIVE: Congress Holds Hearing on Obamacare Website Problems
The House Energy and Commerce Committee is holding the first congressional hearings on the Affordable Care Act federal exchange rollout problems on Thursday morning.
More than three weeks after launching on October 1, Healthcare.gov is still malfunctioning, and early reports of what went wrong claim that the site underwent little to no testing before going live, and that administration officials pressed on despite multiple warnings that the site was not ready.

The site has come under widespread scrutiny, both from Republicans, and, increasingly, Democratic lawmakers and more liberal writers like Ezra Klein.
