WATCH Live Stream: President Obama’s Second Inaugural Speech

Upon being sworn in for his second presidential term this morning, President Obama will be deliver a speech from the steps of the U.S. Capitol.

Obama aides claim the speech will contain no new policy, but rather, will set the tone for a second Obama term that is likely to include fierce battles over gun control, immigration, and taxes. Senior aide David Plouffe told CNN the speech will be “hopeful” and will emphasize the importance of solving problems without politics.
