WATCH: Local News Reporter Splits Pants on Live TV

If you’re not a cheerleader and you think you can pull off a split without something going horribly wrong, you should probably rethink that decision. WXII12 reporter Chris Lea learned that the hard way when he tried to show he could do a split as well as a cheerleader could.

And everyone could see this coming from a mile away. Lea’s colleague specifically said right before he did the split that he should be careful not to split his pants. Five seconds later, he split his pants.

Lea seemed to take it in good humor/humiliation, but he was probably listening to this song on a loop on the car ride home…
