Bill Belichick’s WILD CBS Interview Goes Viral After His 24-Year-Old Girlfriend Derails it: ‘Blink Twice IF YOU NEED HELP!’
Bill Belichick’s interview on CBS News Sunday Morning went viral after his 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, interrupted him during a question about how they met.
X users who came across the interview quickly labeled the entire sit-down bizarre. Not only was Belichick wearing a tattered shirt, but Hudson at one point offhandedly derailed the interview by declaring one question off-limits.
One X user went as far as to declare Belichick might be in danger and advised him to “blink twice” if he was in need of help.
The interview, conducted by network reporter Tony Dokoupil, saw Belichick discuss his upcoming book, The Art of Winning. The 73-year-old touched on his split from the New England Patriots and other topics.
But it was an unexpected interruption from Hudson, which CBS aired in full, that stole the show.
When Dokoupil asked Belichick about how he met Hudson, she interjected from off-camera.
“He’s not talking about this,” she said.
Dokoupil double-checked with Belichick, who confirmed that he would not answer the question. That moment and the interview as a whole quickly went viral online:
Aside from the awkward moment and Belichick’s wardrobe choice, he candidly answered questions about his life and career.
When speaking of his book, he said Patriots owner Robert Kraft is not mentioned because, “It’s about my life lessons in football, and it’s really more about the ones that I experienced directly.”
Belichick, who parted ways with the Patriots after the 2023 NFL season, was also asked about his departure from the team.
When reminded that Kraft said he fired him, Belichick replied, “Yeah, well, it was a mutual decision for us to part ways.”
Hudson and Belichick previously said they met randomly aboard an airplane.
