Jerry Falwell Jr. Denies Report Cohen Helped Him Deal With ‘Racy’ Photos

Liberty University president Jerry Falwell Jr. is adamantly denying a claim from Michael Cohen that he got the former Trump lawyer’s help in dealing with some “racy” photos.

Per Reuters yesterday, Cohen told Tom Arnold (again, yes, really) that he had been asked by Falwell to deal with the personal photos:

According to a source familiar with Cohen’s thinking, the person who possessed the photos destroyed them after Cohen intervened on the Falwells’ behalf.

The Falwells declined to comment on the report, Reuters says, but Falwell responded last night in an interview with Fox News radio host Todd Starnes.

According to Fox News, Falwell told Starnes the report is “not accurate” and said, “While we have a long-standing friendship with Michael Cohen, we never engaged or paid Cohen to represent us in any legal or other professional capacity, and Cohen did not ever resolve any legal matter on our behalf.”
