Trump Lashes Out After Bombshell Nuclear Sub Story — Then Attacks Biden In Late-Night Rant

Ex-President Donald Trump lashed out at the “ridiculous” bombshell allegation he revealed nuclear sub secrets to a chatty Mar-a-Lago member, then hours later attacked President Joe Biden in a late-night rant.

ABC News dropped a blockbuster report Thursday alleging that Trump shared nuclear submarine secrets with Australian billionaire and Mar-a-Lago member Anthony Pratt, who then shared those secrets with “more than a dozen foreign officials, several of his own employees, and a handful of journalists” — and that Pratt has spilled his story to the FBI and Trump’s prosecutors.

On Friday afternoon, Trump lashed out over the story on Truth Social, and tried to advance an alternate version of events by insisting he was just being a booster for American military might:

The ridiculous story put out today about me talking to a Mar-a-Lago member about U.S. Submarines, is false and ridiculous, other than the fact that I will often state that we make the best Submarines and Military Equipment anywhere in the World—A pretty well known fact! These fake stories are put out by corrupt prosecutors trying to interfere with the Presidential Election of 2024, and based on the polling, where I am 60 points up on Republican Candidates, and 11 points up on Crooked Joe Biden, the people of our Country aren’t buying it. With that being said, I will always promote the Greatness of America—and its Military Equipment. The alternative would be for Allies, and others, to buy from Russia, China, or elsewhere. I like creating jobs in America, which was one of my most successful achievements as President!

Late Friday night, Trump went on to launch attacks against President Joe Biden, renewing his evidence-free charge that Biden is behind all the prosecutions he faces, presumably now to include the fraud trial underway in New York. Trump wrote:

Crooked Joe Biden does the absolute opposite of what should be done to save our Country. He doesn’t have a clue!

Trump added:

I hope everyone remembers that these ridiculous indictments and trials that so frequently come my way are ALL started and inspired by Crooked Joe Biden and his gang of Thugs. It is called Weaponization of “Justice,” and nothing like this has every happened in our Country before. We will fight, and we will win, but this is yet another giant SCAM. It is Election Interference!
