Ari Fleischer: If O’Reilly Pulled Stunt Like Jorge Ramos, Media Would Flip Out

fleischerFormer White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer called out the media today for double standards in how they reacted to Jorge Ramos confronting Donald Trump at his press conference.

Ramos jumped into the presser to try and get answers from Trump on immigration, but he got kicked out of the room. He ended up being let back in, but Fleischer told Newsmax’s Steve Malzberg today the media is going too easy on him.

“If Bill O’Reilly,” he said, “showed up at a White House press conference and, without being called on, he stood up and started to harangue President Obama about O’Reilly’s point of view about certain issues, the media would go crazy.”

The former Bush White House official said Ramos tried to make himself the news and –– even though Fleischer doesn’t like him –– Trump handled it fine.
