Police officials said that both Richard and Cobb were caught on video looting a 7-Eleven during the rioting. The 7-Eleven was one of multiple stores that were looted and/or trashed during the riots, when people took to the streets calling for justice for Freddie Gray.

Both were charged with theft and burglary, and were put on unpaid leave.
