At Least 39 People Dead, 69 Injured After Shooter Attacks Nightclub
Multiple reports are stating that a nightclub in Istanbul, Turkey has come under attack by armed men.
The shooting reportedly took place at the Reina nightclub in Istanbul’s Ortaköy district at approximately 2 a.m. local time. CNN Turk has reported that at least one gunman entered the venue dressed up as Santa Claus, and various news outlets are reporting multiple injuries and casualties.
Multiple reports indicated that there were two suspects involved in the attack, and one of them might still be inside the nightclub. Police vehicles and ambulances are at the scene to address the situation.
