Another high-profile member of the Trump Administration is out.
White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders has confirmed that Homeland Security adviser Tom Bossert resigned from his post today.

Bloomberg’s Jennifer Jacobs reported that Bossert was essentially being fired, as he is resigning at the request of new National Security Adviser John Bolton.

NBC’s Peter Alexander also said Bossert had no plans on resigning any time soon.

Bossert’s departure comes amid a major shake-up in which Rex Tillerson, Hope Hicks, H.R. McMaster and several other major Trump Administration officials took their leave from the White House.
