Charlie Rose Asks Megyn Kelly: Would You Ever Welcome Trump Back on Your Show?

Since grilling him on his record of sexist remarks at the August GOP debate, Fox anchor Megyn Kelly and her primetime show The Kelly File has been on the receiving end of a torrent of criticism from Donald Trump and his supporters.

Specifically, Trump has called her “crazy,” “sick,” and “overrated” among other things.

Speaking to Charlie Rose on CBS News, Kelly speculated that what truly bothered Trump about her was that the GOP frontrunner knew he was not able to influence the editorial on her show. She also posited that if Trump were able to somehow reel in his bombastic persona he could be so much more “effective” as a candidate.

Rose asked her in the interview — which will air in full on Sunday — whether or not she would welcome him back on her show after everything he has said.
