Der Spiegel’s Newest Cover Shows Trump as an Earth-Ruining Meteor
The reaction to Donald Trump winning the presidential election has been very interesting to say the least. We’re on the third straight night of protests in major cities across the country, for instance. Even news outlets and publications are shocked, as evidenced by the latest cover for Germany’s Der Spiegel.

This cover definitely rivals the one from earlier this year that featured Trump with a fiery background because now he is the fiery danger in their eyes. A three-part piece accompanies the cover, asking at one point whether Trump is “a danger to democracy?”
The translation of the tagline is, of course, “The end of the world (as we know it).”
The real question, then, is whether we feel fine. One look at that cover indicates that the answer is no.
