Fox & Friends Accuse Chicago Police of Trying to ‘Justify,’ ‘Downplay’ Torture Video
The hosts of Fox & Friends Thursday accused the top brass of the Chicago Police Department of wanting to “justify” the attack and torture of a mentally-handicapped man live on Facebook.
Brian Kilmeade cued up a video of two police commanders hedging on whether the attack would be charged as a hate crime, despite the fact that the assailants yelled “F*** white people.” Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson told reporters Wednesday that they were “still investigating” and “if the facts guide us in that direction, then we’ll certainly charge them appropriately.”
“Kids make stupid– I shouldn’t call them kids, they’re legally adults,” Commander Kevin Duffen added. “They’re young adults, and they make stupid decisions.”
“This is the apologetic police commander Kevin Duffen trying to justify, trying to make sense of this horrendous act,” Kilmeade said.
“Downplay it a little bit, right?” agreed his co-host Ainsley Earhardt.
