GMA Host Lara Spencer Admits She Doesn’t Watch Today

The New York Daily Post caught up with Good Morning America co-host Lara Spencer in the Hamptons over the weekend at an event for ovarian cancer research, where she told the paper that she never watches her morning show competition — namely its main ratings rival The Today Show.

She has a pretty good rule about it, actually:

I’m on the air at the same time, and I don’t DVR it. I come home and have two small kids that would kill me if I continued to talk about work or was on my BlackBerry. That’s a family rule.

She also weighed in on Ann Curry‘s much-discussed ousting from the show, saying that “I love Ann, I’ve looked up to Ann for so many years. I can’t wait to see what she does next.”
