‘Here’s to More Strong Women Like You’: Celebrities React to Mary Tyler Moore’s Death
Legendary actress Mary Tyler Moore passed away today at the age of 80. Moore is best known for her work on the Dick Van Dyke Show, and later, the Mary Tyler Moore show which was groundbreaking, as it was one of the first shows whose main character was an independent woman- she worked, and she was unmarried.
Celebrities took to social media to mourn the passing of Moore, who was truly an icon:
