House of Cards Dropped a Terrifying Teaser During the Inauguration

While we were all watching the Inauguration, House of Cards casually Tweeted a teaser for season 5, which comes out on May 30th, 2017. The video features an upside down American flag waving. In the background, a group recites a terrifying version of the Pledge of Allegiance. Netflix also uploaded the video to YouTube.

Along with the video, they wrote, “We make the terror.” The line calls back to the end of the fourth season, when Kevin Spacey, playing President Frank Underwood said “We don’t submit to terror. We make the terror.”
