Is This A YouTube Video From Boston Bombing Suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev?

The second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing, identified as 19-year-old Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, remains at large. Following his identification, many in the media have naturally been trying to report additional information about the suspects, who are brothers, and one of whom is dead. CBS’ Tim Williams was among them, and tweeted a link to a YouTube video Tsarnaev may have posted. It is, as of now, unconfirmed.

Williams tweeted:

BuzzFeed is also reporting that Tsarnaev attended Cambridge Rindge and Latin School, and the city of Cambridge awarded him a scholarship in 2011.
