ISIS’ Newest ‘Jihadi John’ Identified as British Bouncy House Salesman
The latest English-speaking ISIS executioner to be given the name “Jihadi John” has been identified by his family as London native Siddhartha Dhar.
According to British newspapers, Dhar “used to sell children’s inflatable bouncers, known as bouncy castles in Britain, and was a fan of Arsenal soccer club and the rock group Nirvana.”
A convert from Hinduism, Dhar was active in anti-American and pro-Islamist protests and made calls for violence on YouTube. Dhar was out on bail for encouraging terrorism when he fled the country and traveled to Syria.
The previous “Jihadi John” Mohammed Emwazi, also a former British resident, was reportedly killed by an American drone strike in November.
