Karl Rove Discovers Two Illegal Immigrants While Quail Hunting

Karl Rove is more than the former Senior Advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff under George W. Bush; he is a well-known proponent of immigration reform, too. After an incident that occurred while he was quail hunting over the holidays, he now walks the walk as well as he talks the talk.

Remember the Child Catcher from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang? He was the guy with a net who ran around trying to, well, catch children. To really get into the mood for this story, imagine Karl Rove as the Child Catcher, because he is literally an illegal immigrant catcher.

While hunting along the border of Texas and Mexico, Rove and his companions ran across two men hiding in the brush, one of whom appeared to be “in very bad shape,” according to The Washington Examiner. 

While appearing on The O’Reilly Factor, Rove shared the story and even a few photos of Border Patrol apprehending the men, who he described as “pros” because they were dressed in black, which is “not a good sign.”

Speaking on the Border Patrol, Rove said, “They were very clear. They said we need help. We don’t have enough resources. We need more assistance and the border is not safe.”

Now, for some closure, imagine him saying, “There are immigrants here somewhere! I can smell them!” just like the movie musical antagonist of your childhood nightmares.
