Sarah Palin Cheats With Her Hand For Tea Party Convention Talking Points
Cheatgate? Handgate? Oldschoolkidtacticsgate? Whatever this winds up being called, it’s a strange and embarrassing new turn in the Sarah Palin saga. It seems that during her keynote speech at last night’s Tea Party Convention, the former governor used the inside of her hand to scribble notes reminding her of talking points, including “energy,” “budget cut,” “tax,” and “lift American spirits.” During the Q&A after her speech, you can see Palin glancing down to reference her list, mere moments after attacking President Obama for his use of a teleprompter.
The Huffington Post has the above photo (and more) showing what is pretty clearly policy-based “crib notes,” which supplied assistance to Palin in answering what were likely pre-approved questions from an ally unlikely to pull any “gotcha!” moments. Katie Couric was, as far as we know, not in the building. You can see more photos of the soon-to-be infamous ink below or by following this link.

Here’s an already viral TwitPic by @jryanlaw of Palin during the Q&A:
