Seth Rogen to John Stossel: No, I’m Not the Victim of Anti-Free Speech Attacks
Seth Rogen is feuding on Twitter with Fox Business’ John Stossel, in case you had any doubts about just how amazing social media is.
Stossel’s FBN show at 9 pm tonight is a special all about free speech. As a libertarian, Stossel naturally has some strong feelings on the subject, and he’s using a hit summer movie to make his point:
Tonight at 9 on @FoxBusiness: The attack on free speech even extends to silly movies like @Sethrogen's Sausage Party.

See, Sausage Party, which has received critical acclaim, has some fun with stereotypes and naturally some people aren’t too happy about that.

But there’s just one little problem with Stossel’s premise. Rogen doesn’t see himself as the victim of anti-free speech brigades at all:
@JohnStossel @FoxBusiness no it hasn't. I haven't been attacked. I'm fine.

@JohnStossel @FoxBusiness you're full of shit. That's my free speech.

When idiots use your movie to pretend that free speech is being attacked when it isn't at all: https://t.co/2omY6JHgwY

@its_rivera @JohnStossel @FoxBusiness from who? Nobody is attacking me. I'm fine.
— Seth Rogen (@Sethrogen) September 9, 2016
People tweeting that they hate your shit isn't an "attack on free speech". It's people using free speech to tell you they hate your shit.

And, really, Seth Rogen made a movie that caused an international incident two years ago. I’m assuming here political correctness can’t really hurt him anymore.
