Suge Knight Shot Multiple Times at Chris Brown’s VMA Pre-Party

Today in ledes from 1994: rap mogul Suge Knight was hospitalized after gunfire erupted at a pre-VMAs party thrown by Chris Brown Saturday night.

Knight and three others were injured in the shooting; all three are expected to recover. According to early reports, Knight was shot six times, including in the arm and stomach. He is not yet out of surgery.

Brown tweeted the following after incident:

It's disappointing that we as a society can't have fun or enjoy ourselves without any altercations sometimes. Miss me with the bullshit!!!

TMZ obtained video of Knight being taken into the ambulance. The scene must have induced some deja vu for Knight; he was driving the car when Tupac Shakur was shot and killed in 1994:
