Twitter beefs are no longer the domain of American politicians like Elizabeth Warren or rappers like Kanye West. The tradition has now jumped the pond.
Although it appeared that our First Family was friendly with the Royals, they took to the social network today to talk a little trash before the upcoming Invictus Games, which is an international gathering of wounded veterans to engage in competitive games. It was founded by Britain’s Prince Harry and will be coming to Orlando in early May.
President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama picked the fight with a few members of the Armed Forces to back them up.

Harry sent out a few tweets that seemed tame at first.

There you have it. Queen Elizabeth II said, “Boom. Really, please.” Ol’ girl is ready.
Notably absent were Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and his wife, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. Presumably, they are off somewhere celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary, which is today.
