The Tea Party Anthem, As Sung By Former SNLer Victoria Jackson

Today former Saturday Night Live cast member Victoria Jackson treated the D.C. tea party to a rousing rendition of her anthem, “There’s A Communist In The White House.” It’s a real crowd favorite.

The cablers showed the video (just after NoonET) but we didn’t get the full audio effect. Finally someone put this instant classic online.

Remember Victoria Jackson? (Here she is on SNL.) Well, now she’s like the tea partiers’ Lady Gaga, and her “Communist In The White House” is like her Poker Face meets Bad Romance.

Here’s a sample lyric:

My husband really misses me, my parents think I’ve gone crazy, only Glenn Beck understands me, and of course Sean Hannity and Huckabee. But besides those three and the sweet people who drink the tea there’s no one else who can see the communist living in the White House!

And so on.

The crowd, naturally, loves this.
