Trump Responds to Graham: ‘I Single-Handedly Destroyed His Hapless Run for President’

After Sen. Lindsey Graham announced that he would not support the GOP presumptive nominee, Trump lashed back in the manner that has become familiar, blasting the South Carolina senator as being week, unreliable, an “embarrassment.”

If I got beaten as badly as I beat him, and all the other candidates he endorsed, I would not be able to give my support either,” Trump writes, and wonders “why the media never questions how I single-handedly destroyed his hapless run for President.”

Graham went on a Twitter tear Friday, explaining why he did “not believe he is a reliable GOP conservative nor has he displayed the judgment and temperament to serve as Commander in Chief.”
