Washington Restaurant Toasts to EPA Chief’s Resignation With ‘Pruitt Blew It’ Cocktail

Scott Pruitt‘s resignation may have been a less-than-joyous career moment for the embattled former EPA chief, but one Washington, D.C. restaurant is responding to the news by raising a glass.

In a tweet Thursday, The Bird advertised a special “Pruitt Blew It” cocktail available at its #yourefired happy hour, accompanied by a photo of an electric blue drink topped with a sprig of herbs.

The restaurant’s Twitter bio says it offers $4 drinks whenever President Donald Trump fires a White House staffer. Past events have toasted to the ousting of former aide Kelly Sadler, following her highly-publicized insult of Sen. John McCain, and also to the crackdown on Paul Manafort, offering a Moscow Mueller to celebrate his indictments.
