Iowa caucus victor and new Republican presidential Bigfoot Ted Cruz (R-TX) is nothing if not quick with a quip, apparently. Moments ago, at a media event in New Hampshire, Cruz was just beginning his remarks to reporters when the Ted Cruz sign behind him suddenly leaned over and threatened to crush him. After flinching like an old man at his first 3-D movie, Cruz coolly rattled off a quick one-liner, the quality of which you can judge for yourselves:

“There’s such overwhelming force behind the campaign that it’s pushing the sign over. This is the rising grassroots on display for you.”

Well, it was quick, anyway.
