WATCH: SpaceX Rocket Explodes Right After Liftoff
A SpaceX rocket exploded right after liftoff today in Cape Canaveral on an unmanned resupply mission to the International Space Station.
NASA, SpaceX, and SpaceX founder Elon Musk immediately tweeted out that something had gone wrong:
The vehicle experienced an anomaly on ascent. Team is investigating. Updates to come.

There was an overpressure event in the upper stage liquid oxygen tank. Data suggests counterintuitive cause.
