‘I Hate This Word Ceasefire!’ Mark Levin Seethes Over Trump Iran Announcement — Protests ‘Hitler Wasn’t Thrown a Lifeline’
Mark Levin seethed over President Donald Trump’s announcement of a ceasefire between Israel and Iran on Monday, complaining that “Adolf Hitler wasn’t thrown a lifeline” at the end of World War 2.
Reacting on The Mark Levin Show to Trump’s announcement of a “Complete and Total CEASEFIRE,” Levin complained, “I hate this word ceasefire. The president hated it a few days ago too.”
He continued, “What’s needed now is this, in my humble opinion. Iran should be forced to sign a surrender document. Unconditional surrender. They lost their nukes, they’ve lost their air force, they have no ground-to-air protection. China didn’t step in, Russia didn’t step in, not a single Arab country stepped in. The Supreme Nazi is hiding in a bunker much like Adolf Hitler did. Adolf Hitler wasn’t thrown a lifeline. He wasn’t thrown a lifeline. He was going to be killed, so he committed suicide.”
Levin concluded, “I’m very much interested in seeing how this plays out. I really am. Because what does an agreement look like? Does that mean the Supreme Nazi survives? Does that mean the regime survives? I guess so.”
Despite his complaints, Levin added in a social media post that he still had trust in Trump’s plan.
“He wants to win for America. And his record is stellar. I also trust that issues I mentioned here will be part of the process,” Levin wrote. “Plus, Prime Minister Netanyahu has signed on. Let’s see how it goes. I’m rooting for them.”
The Fox News host repeatedly lobbied Trump to enter Israel’s conflict with Iran and celebrated on Saturday after the U.S. military attacked three Iranian nuclear sites.
“Let me be clear. This is good versus evil. You’re either a patriotic American who’s gonna get behind the president of the United States – the commander-in-chief, or you’re not!” screamed Levin in a Fox News segment last week in an effort to convince viewers to support the bombing of Iran.
In May, Levin also lashed out at the Trump administration for supporting a ceasefire in Gaza, writing, “WHY IS THE UNITED STATES DICTATING TO ISRAEL HOW TO FIGHT HAMAS?”
“We keep demanding a ceasefire, which is what the Biden regime did,” he protested. “Why are we not allowing Israel to handle this instead of prolonging the war?”
