‘KANGAROO COURT!’ Trump Goes on ALL CAPS Panicked Rant Moments Before the Jury Decides His Fate

Former President Donald Trump appeared to reveal an agitated state of mind as he took to social media just minutes before Judge Juan Merchan is set to give jury instructions in his hush money-election interference trial.

With closing arguments having concluded late Tuesday, the jury is set to be given final instructions Wednesday morning before deliberating the fate of the former president accused of 34 felony counts of fraudulently concealing payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels in the weeks ahead of the 2016 general election he won.

Trump has long made clear that he feels that he is the victim of a political witch hunt engineered by President Joe Biden’s DOJ, and reiterated these very same talking points for likely the one-thousandth time.

What’s unique about this particular missive is the ALL CAPS style delivered just moments before his fate is set to be deliberated. Trump wrote on Truth Social:

KANGAROO COURT! A CORRUPT AND CONFLICTED JUDGE. RELIANCE ON COUNSEL (ADVISE OF COUNSEL) NOT ALLOWED BY MERCHAN, A FIRST. HIS RULINGS, ON A CASE THAT SHOULD, ACCORDING TO ALL LEGAL SCHOLARS AND EXPERTS, NEVER HAVE BEEN BROUGHT, HAVE MADE THIS A BIDEN PUSHED WITCH HUNT. THERE WAS NO CRIME, EXCEPT FOR THE BUM THAT GOT CAUGHT STEALING FROM ME! IN GOD WE TRUST!

The “BUM” in question is his former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, who played a pivotal role in getting Daniels to sign an NDA for $130,000 in cash, which was reported as a legal expense, the issue of which that lays at the heart of the election fraud claim.  During testimony, Cohen admitted that he also stole money from the Trump Organization, ergo the “GOT CAUGHT STEALING,” portion of the message.

Cohen worked for Donald Trump for roughly a decade and only turned against his former boss and mentor after he was found guilty and served time for action under Trump’s employ.
