Pro-Trump Super PAC Drops Vicious First Attack Ad On House Republican

A pro-Trump Super PAC launched a brutal attack on Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) this week with a $1 million ad buy calling to “fire” the longtime Republican congressman.

President Donald Trump has publicly attacked Massie in recent weeks over the Kentucky Republican’s refusal to support his “Big, Beautiful” budget bill, calling it a “Titanic”-level “debt bomb.”

The 30-second ad released on Thursday, asks, “What happened to Thomas Massie?”

“President Trump is banning sex changes on minors. Massie voted against it. President Trump is cutting taxes and saving Kentucky families $10,000. Massie, voted against,” says the narrator in the spot, adding:

President Trump is securing our border and deporting criminal aliens. Massie voted against Trump again. And after Trump obliterated Iran’s nuclear weapons program, Massie sided with Democrats and the Ayatollah. Let’s fire Thomas Massie. MAGA Kentucky is responsible for the content of this advertising.

Massie hit back on X, writing, “The BBB now allows funding sex changes for minors! This ad slams me for voting against the BBB, but the Senate just stripped the ‘ban on sex changes for minors’ from the BBB. By the ads’ twisted logic, those who support the Senate’s edits now support sex changes for minors.”

Trump has regularly attacked Massie on his Truth Social platform in response to Massie opposing his military strikes on Iranian nuclear targets.

“Congressman Thomas Massie of Kentucky is not MAGA, even though he likes to say he is. Actually, MAGA doesn’t want him, doesn’t know him, and doesn’t respect him. He is a negative force who almost always Votes ‘NO,’ no matter how good something may be. He’s a simple minded ‘grandstander’ who thinks it’s good politics for Iran to have the highest level Nuclear weapon, while at the same time yelling ‘DEATH TO AMERICA’ at every chance they get,” wrote the president earlier in the week.
