NY Post Publishes Truly Hilarious Kimye Wedding Announcement

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian made it official this weekend with a lavish wedding that spanned multiple European countries and included a reported $2.8 million three-song performance by Lana Del Ray. But while the entertainment press went all in on the extravagant wedding, covering every fashion choice and celebrity selfie, The New York Post went a different direction, publishing this 55-word announcement in Sunday’s paper.

Sports Illustrated’s Andy Gray was one of the first to share the print version on Twitter:

Earlier in the week, the Post put out an equally snarky “toast” to the couple, which began, “Kim and Kanye, thank you so much for including me in your most special — and hopefully most highly Nielsen-rated — day.”
