‘LIES!’ Fox Sports Analyst Absolutely Loses it in Rant Criticizing Superstar NFL QB
Fox Sports analyst Nick Wright called out ESPN’s Dan Orlovsky during a fiery rant Wednesday centered on Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen.
On Tuesday, Orlovsky appeared on Get Up to respond to an anonymous exec reportedly calling Allen “overrated.” That quote came shortly after a list of the NFL’s top 10 QBs was released. The list was based on a poll taken by execs, coaches, and scouts. Allen was ranked third.
Orlovsky called the anonymous exec an “idiot” before making the case for Allen’s placement.
“Josh Allen is two or three plays away from being a multi-Super Bowl appearing quarterback and potentially Super Bowl winning quarterback. … It’s a moronic statement to make.”@danorlovsky7 can’t believe people are calling Josh Allen overrated 😯 pic.twitter.com/FArfwUkOhX

The next day, Wright called Orlovsky out directly and argued that the exec was right.
“You know, sometimes clips from shows like ours play on the websites where they have the stats,” Wright said on First Things First, “and I saw my pal Dan Orlovsky call this guy an idiot! And then Dan went on to make things up; but what he said has just become canon of the Josh Allen story, but they’re lies!
“I heard he’s two or three plays away from being in multiple Super Bowls. What are the plays? Tell me! Tell the two or three plays that put Josh Allen in a Super Bowl, because I can go through the career!”
Wright then broke down Allen’s playoff shortcomings before concluding that he’s a “wildly talented, flawed player.”
