Singer Michael Buble Admits to Being High on Mushrooms During Chaotic NHL All-Star Press Conference
Singer Michael Buble admitted to being high on mushrooms during a wild press conference following Thursday’s NHL All-Star Player Draft.
Buble was selected as one of the celebrity captains for the draft, along with Justin Bieber, Tate McRae, and Will Arnett. After an evening of hanging out with NHL All-Stars, Buble continued the fun during the conference with more than a few funny moments.

The one that stole the show, however, was the admission that he had apparently taken a much stronger dose of mushrooms than he he anticipated.
“My buddy told me this is just a microdose of mushrooms, and he was lying,” Buble said as the room filled with laughter. “So, I’ll be honest. I thought I was in Blades of Glory for most of the time that I was out there until it sort of settled down and then I realized, ‘Holy shit, I’m at the NHL All-Star Game.”
Arnett, who was sitting right next to Buble, joked that the press conference may have just cost him some money.
“It just occurs to me that through all the incredible songs that you’ve done over the years,” Arnett said, “and all the hearts of women you won over around the world, with all that talk about fantasy hockey, [you] lost them all in one sentence. It all just evaporated. Years of building it up and it’s just gone.
“The mushroom talk definitely lost you a lot of income.”
