Stephen A. Smith Fed Up With Brother of Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott Calling Out Team Online: ‘Shut the Hell Up!’

Stephen A. Smith called out the brother of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott for openly criticizing the team on social media.

In the opening hours of NFL free agency — which began at noon on Monday — the Cowboys hadn’t made any significant moves. The Philadelphia Eagles, on the other hand, made two key signings with former Jets defensive lineman Bryce Huff and former Giants running back Saquon Barkley.

Tad Prescott — Dak’s brother — took issue with the Cowboys’ relative silence.

“So, if it wasn’t clear already, it is now. The @Eagles have the best front office in the NFL,” Tad said of the Cowboys’ rival. “#howboutthemcowboys.”

On Tuesday’s episode of First Take, Smith had a message for Tad.

“Tad Prescott, the brother of Dak Prescott, shut the hell up,” Smith said. “Enough of you. Shut the hell up! I’m sick of him and everybody should be sick of him. And I’m gonna tell you, Ted Prescott, why everybody should be sick of you and you should shut the hell up: because you’re implying that your brother had nothing to do with the troubles that the Dallas Cowboys have experienced.

“When you make a comment like that about the Philadelphia Eagles, knowing it’s going to be received publicly throughout the football world, what you’re basically saying is, ‘It’s not my brother’s fault.’ Dammit, your brother has something to do with it!”
