Dr. Phil to V. Stiviano: You Exhibit ‘Attention-Getting Behavior’

Now here’s an interview for you. Dr. Phil sat down with V. Stiviano, the woman at the center of the Donald Sterling controversy, in an interview airing in full on Wednesday. In a preview clip of the sitdown, Dr. Phil told Stiviano that despite her claims to want privacy, she appears to exhibit “attention-getting behavior.”

Stiviano, whose first interview was mere weeks ago with Barbara Walters, told Dr. Phil that she wears that strange visor to conceal her pain. But Dr. Phil actually called her out on this, saying he’s seen photos and video of her “out roller-skating in front of the paparazzi.” He said, “That doesn’t look like pain to me. That looks like attention-getting behavior to me.”

Stiviano shot back that people have different ways of coping and asked Dr. Phil to tell her, then, what she should have done. She asked, “Should I have been crying? Should I have stayed at home?”
