Jorge Ramos Does the Math on Trump’s Ambitious Deportation Plan

In the weeks since his contentious press conference confrontation with Donald Trump, Univision anchor Jorge Ramos has been using his Fusion show America to break down the various problems with the GOP frontrunner’s immigration plan.

First, he used estimated costs and immigration data to prove what a “complete waste of time and money” Trump’s proposed border wall with Mexico would be. Now, he has moved on to Trump’s stated desire to deport all 11 million undocumented immigrants.

According to Ramos’ math, for President Trump to deport 11 million people over the course of two years, he would have to fill up 30+ 747 planes every single day for the first half of his first term at a total cost $137 billion.

“How you really going to deport [that many people]?” Ramos asked the candidate. “To say ‘good management’ is not a answer.”
