The suit in question allegedly deals with a breach of a confidentiality agreement. So who is the person in question? Former campaign manager-turned CNN contributor Corey Lewandoswki? Michael Caputo? Perhaps Roger Stone? We have no way of knowing at this time, but will update this post as more information becomes available.
The scant information hasn’t stopped people on social media from weighing in on their suspicions about the move from the notoriously litigious candidate:

UPDATE — 2:56 p.m. ET: Business Insider’s Oliver Darcy took to Twitter with information from the AP that says former campaign consultant Sam Nunberg leaked confidential information to members of the press. “Nunberg accuses Trump of trying to silence him ‘in a misguided attempt to cover up media coverage of an apparent affair’ between senior campaign staffers,” it reads.
