HuffPost’s New National Security Fellow is an ex-NFL Player…and 9/11 Truther
Huffington Post, no stranger to the celebrity hire, announced Wednesday that its new national security fellow was ex-NFL wide receiver Donte Stallworth. “Donte has a quick mind, an insatiable curiosity and a passion for politics — the necessary qualities of a great journalist,” HuffPost’s Ryan Grim said Wednesday, and indeed Stallworth has written (and tweeted plenty) about news and politics.
There’s just one problem:
NO WAY 9/11 was carried out by "dying" Bin Laden, 19 men who couldn't fly a damn kite. STILL have NO EVIDENCE Osama was connected, like Iraq

Gggrrrrrrrrrrrrr @ ppl who actually believe a plane hit the pentagon on 9/11… hole woulda been ASTRONOMICALLY bigger, God bless lost lives

“That doesn’t represent how he thinks today,” Grim told Poytner after the tweets came to light. “You know, that was five years ago, and people say dumb things, but that shouldn’t define him.”
However, this most recent was from 2013:
Oops, I sent that tweet a little too early like the young lady from @BBCNews on the collapse of building 7 on 9/11…
— Donte' Stallworth (@DonteStallworth) November 25, 2013
Stallworth also has some thoughts about what “they don’t want you to know” about the H1N1 vaccine:
WOW!!! Vaccines as Biological Weapons? Live Avian Flu Virus Placed in Baxter Vaccine Materials Sent to 18 Countries –> http://bit.ly/1Ijydw

UPDATE: Stallworth tweeted about his controversial tweets Thursday morning:
Just to be clear, I no longer feel the way I did in that tweet 5 years ago.
— Donte' Stallworth (@DonteStallworth) September 4, 2014
After a lot of reading and researching on it, my views changed… and that's ok.

Credit goes to James Bamford, whose great book disabused me of that stuff and showed what a disastrous intelligence failure 9/11 was.

Several tweetsters asked Stallworth to be more specific as to what “that tweet” referred to.
