Kathy Griffin Makes Larry King Motorboat Her Because He’s ‘A Perfect Target’

Larry King honestly just wanted to talk politics with comedian Kathy Griffin on Larry King Now, and he did. But before Bernie SandersHillary Clinton and the Fox News Channel could get their chance, Griffin decided to do something else first.

Following a montage of clips King played to introduce Griffin, she turned to the aged CNN alum and said, “You’re really a perfect target. Did I say ‘target’? I meant ‘subject.’ In both of those clips, you really acted like you weren’t thrown.”

In said clips, taken from previous exchanges between the two, Griffin had done several outlandish things to throw King off course. Even so, he always remained focused on the task at hand. So Griffin decided to prove her point and let force King to motorboat her.

“What made you do that?” King asked her. “What kick do you get out of that?”

“Because I’m an imagineer, like Walt Disney. I was imagining the few things I haven’t done to you,” Griffin Joked.

Once the banter subsided, King turned to politics, asking Griffin if she was #FeelingtheBern (she is), if she was #ReadyForHillary (she is), and what she thought of the presidential campaigns thus far (Fox News is “a network of propaganda”). All questions and answers that are neither (a) interesting nor (b) novel.

But making Larry King motorboat you on a talk show? Yeah, that’s something.
