Politicians will always speak about term limits but at the end of the day, they’re not going to enact them. Maybe when a democrat keeps winning the Presidency, but otherwise you can forget it. The article mentions it though, so only the headline has the substance of the article? No, it just gives the topic, so once again your logic is flawed and you are LYING. And yes, Byrd was a conservative primarily, but like most sane people he held views of right and left. he stayed democrat even as they switched from social conservatives to social liberals, whereas those like Strom Thurmond switched. Let me give you a list of Byrd’s positions; states rights, limit gay marriage and serving in the military, opposes affirmative action, voted to confirm Alito, opposed confirmation of tim Geithner. He was also a member of the gang of 14. You are sadly mistaken here, he was far more conservative than liberal. Look into things rather than spouting errant bullsh*t and assuming every democrat is liberal and every republican is conservative, even Reagan wasn’t the conservative stronghold you undoubtedly believe him to be.
