On this week’s SNL Digital Short, Andy Samberg and Katy Perry were two best friends “with holiday cheer” who are inseparable, caroling, wrapping presents and spending such quality time watching The Lion King.

All is quite magical for the two best friends, until they meet some unsavory characters…Matt Damon and — Val Kilmer…who unite them into “four best friends.”

Christmas has come early on SNL with this delightful holiday chestnut.

I can’t imagine anything will top Dick in a Box, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

My two favorite SNL Christmas songs are probably still Christmastime for the Jews and Santa’s My Boyfriend.
