Conway Denies Reports Trump’s Upset That Pence Got Better Debate Reviews Than Him
Would you be surprised to learn that Donald Trump might not have had an entirely positive reaction to how well Mike Pence did last night?
The general media consensus is that Pence clearly won, even if he very obviously avoided defending a lot of the controversial things Donald Trump has said. But it’s that very success that apparently got Trump peeved:

Well, Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway insisted this morning that’s absolutely “not true.”
She said on Morning Joe that Trump is happy at how well Pence did and said picking him for VP shows tremendous judgment on his part.
The Morning Joe panel proceeded to press Conway on whether Trump is going to take any pointers from Pence.
