In my opnion, Trump is accomplishing this: getting questions re: Obama’s birth answered so it’s not an issue that can be used in attack ads against Republican candidates nearer to the 2012 election. And it’s working. Never before has Fukino been so clear on what she’s seen on record re: a long form of Obama’s birth, i.e. that there is a doctor’s signature, etc.

The NBC story does not at all say the same thing as Snopes. What Snopes talks about and what is posted on the Internet is a “CERTIFICATE of Live Birth” — an entirely different document from what Fukino in the NBC report is saying is ALSO on file in Hawaii in the ‘bound book’.

The one in the ‘bound book’ she refers to as a “RECORD of Live Birth” — the typical ‘long form’ we’re all familiar with that includes lots of personal information such as hospital born in, attending physician, number of siblings at the time of birth, etc. And which she says can’t be photocopied or leave the building (so we know it’s not the one posted on the Internet.)

So, there are TWO different certificates on file in Hawaii — (1) “Record” and (2) “Certificate” of live birth.

Even Sotomayor admitted that her LSAT score was not up to standards and that she was an affirmative action admit. No one knows very much about Obama at all- just what he says. This makes NO sense. There is ONE original document (yes, it’s also called a certificate of live birth too) stored by the HI vital statistics dept whose “record” has ALSO been stored digitally. When you request a “copy” of the “birth certificate” they don’t go and look for the original source document and photocopy it for you. That is so 1980s. What they do is electronically print out it’s record (you know, data is actually stored on disc now) and have the director or whatever official in charge of the of the dept. stamp/endorse it (sort of a notary) to prove it’s authentic and official. This is what MOST states are doing now. This certified document carries all the weight the original document does. The myth that you can not get a passport with it is just that, a concocted invention.

Trump is the loudest idiot running around trying to claim the president doesn’t have a birth certificate. That was the question that David Plouffe was responding to when he made the comment about Trump. The other potential GOP candidates are not saying the president isn’t a US citizen- they have all said they think that subject is a waste of time and we should be focusing on real issues. Trump is the only birther that has the money to potentially run a campaign, through I doubt he really will. There is no way the Donald will want to have his financial affairs out in public like he would have to do. And I don’t think the GOP wants him at the top of the ticket either. I would hope that a majority of people would know bull pucky when they see it, but I guess I was wrong about that! There is absolutely no proof that the number that is being bandied about is indeed the presidents number and there is absolutely no right of anyone out in Internet world should have it if it was. A friend of mine was furious when Hillary Clinton backed out of the Presidential race she switched to the Republican Party. This in turn brought her into the web of the Christian Right and Glenn Beck. She had sent me some of these absurd emails a few years ago. It got to the point that could not even speak to her anymore. Her ability to use common sense and rationality was completely gone.

She called one day a few years ago because the FBI had shown up at her house and took both hers and her son’s computers away. She blamed this on Obama and not her radical behavior and the threats she had been making through emails and on these radical Christian Right’s websites.
This resulted in her having have a three day Phyc. hold . Her computer was eventually returned. Her son had not been involved at all. THis woman had been full of rage to begin with due to a divorce 20 years prior when her husband had left her for a younger woman ,but know one knew it was that bad. This is just more proof that Glenn Beck and other’s have the ability to sent people over the edge.
