WATCH: Driver Plows into Ferguson Protest Crowd in Minneapolis
A hit-and-run driver is reportedly in custody Tuesday after plowing through a crowd of protesters in Minneapolis who were demonstrating in solidarity with Ferguson, Missouri. The incident took place close to 4:30 p.m. local time when the rally was beginning.
According to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, the driver honked at protesters for blocking the intersection before moving forward and dragging one woman under the car. The woman was taken to the hospital with what were described by police as minor injuries:

The driver stopped further down the road and was taken into custody for questioning, though no formal charges were initially filed.
